phuwin Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phuwin ("phuwin," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phuwin website located at phuwin.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phuwin Platform.

phuwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the phuwin Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

01 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the phuwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phuwin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phuwin Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep such information current at all times.

phuwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phuwin may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the phuwin Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

02 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phuwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify phuwin if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Ensure that your registered contact details, including your email address and Philippine mobile number, remain accurate and up to date.

phuwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your phuwin account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified phuwin of a security breach.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phuwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phuwin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment channels as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phuwin account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• phuwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phuwin may request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may vary during peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts.
• phuwin reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 4 for full bonus terms.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

phuwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phuwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• phuwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• phuwin reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms.

05 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phuwin Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. phuwin is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results and are not influenced by phuwin or any third party.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phuwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. phuwin is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• phuwin's decision on all game outcomes and disputes is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phuwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one phuwin account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from unauthorized payment accounts.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

07 Responsible Gaming

phuwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

• phuwin provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from your account settings.

• phuwin enforces strict age verification and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phuwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phuwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phuwin.

The phuwin name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of phuwin. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of phuwin.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phuwin, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the phuwin Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical malfunctions, system failures, or interruptions in service.

In no event shall phuwin's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to phuwin in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

phuwin is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the phuwin Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that phuwin may share your information with third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable laws.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

phuwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as outlined in Section 6.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Request for self-exclusion or account closure by the player.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. phuwin will process any pending withdrawals for verified accounts in good standing, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to phuwin. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited upon account termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phuwin customer support. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

12 Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the phuwin Platform, you agree to first contact phuwin customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

phuwin's decision on all matters relating to gameplay, bonuses, account management, and interpretation of these Terms is final and binding, subject to your right to pursue legal remedies under applicable law.
